Process
Our 5-step process

Step 1 - Consultation
We begin with a free in-person consultation to understand your lifestyle and space needs. We take photos, discuss your goals, and recommend the best service with a price estimate. If suitable, we move forward with measurements and organizing options.

Step 2 - Project Proposal
Once you decide to work with us, a project proposal is sent to you for review and signature along with a questionnaire. The following will be included in the proposal: choice of service; estimated time frame and price; information on the purchase of storage solutions (if applicable); payment and cancellation policy.

Step 3 - Service Scheduling
Once we receive the signed proposal, and questionnaire completed along with a 50% deposit, we schedule a date or dates for completion of the service.

Step 4 - Space Planning*
(Premium Organizing only)
We will perform a space planning analysis, research on material selection and sourcing, and then create a shopping list(s) which will be sent to you. Depending on the case, we may also purchase some of the organizational items for you.

Step 5 - Organization*
(Premium Organizing only)
We start with decluttering (if determined necessary); sorting of the items; perform containment using storage solutions; labeling; and finish with a touch of decoration. The remaining balance is due at the end of the project.
